3. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
- More time-intensive; strict notice required (48-hour cancellation window may apply)
4. Post-Construction Cleaning
- Due to heavy labor and time required, cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice; otherwise, 75% fee may apply
5. Commercial Cleaning
- Office, retail, or industrial spaces
- Often contracted — policies may be customized per contract (but default 24-hour rule still applies)
6. Specialty Services
- Carpet cleaning, window cleaning, appliance detailing, etc.
- Often outsourced or require prep—24- to 48-hour cancellation notice depending on service

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

- Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% fee of the service price.
- No-shows (no notice and no one present) will be charged 100% of the service price.
- Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours may be subject to a 15% rebooking fee, depending on staff availability.
- Emergencies & Exceptions
- We understand that life happens—please contact us directly in case of emergencies. We may waive fees at our discretion.
- Payment & Enforcement
- Fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule may be asked to prepay for future bookings.
